I just had a profound moment with my 1 year old.

My mood has taken a bit of a turn and I think he noticed. He looked at me and started breathing in and out, like he’s telling me to do it too. And so I started taking deep breaths in and out. Who’s parenting who?🥹😭

There's a boy I love, he's the one I've dreamed of. He's only 9 months old, still drinks milk and has no teeth but he's the absolute love of my life💙

My truest relationship is the one I have with my baby boy❤. We bicker alot (as in I get frustrated and impatient with him and he with me) but we love each other as deeply in those moments as we do when we're babbling and laughing and cuddling.

As a mom, getting two people ready to go out is hard. Sometimes you have to sacrifice some of your beauty😭 (makeup, hair, jewellery etc) so that your baby is fully prepped (fed, bathed, moisturized, nappy bag packed, stroller in the boot, car seat). Yhu..

I followed the eclipse on US news channels yesterday and now I'm watching people's videos on social media. Man I wish South Africa was in the path of totality. I love phenomenons like this❤
