Despite lodging my complaint and submitting all available evidence, I have not received any meaningful assistance so far. I was allegedly defrauded of ₹28,000 by Rahul Rathod. Another individual, who was with him, manipulated and convinced me to transfer the money into Rahul Rathod's account. I have already shared the transaction details, chats, and all other available evidence with the police.
However, instead of taking effective action, I have been advised to approach the civil court. I am a final-year student and do not have the financial resources or ability to keep running from one office to another.
I humbly request the concerned authorities to kindly review my complaint, conduct a proper investigation, and take appropriate legal action against the accused. I also request that I be informed about the action taken on my complaint.
