Been using @LivPure and honestly it’s ridiculous. Raised a service request 37 hours ago and NO agent has shown up. Customer care keeps saying “wait up to 48 hours.” How is Livpure even running like this? I’ve been facing the same issue for the past 6 months straight. 😤
