Staying on the @zama S5 leaderboard really comes down to one simple thing:
showing up with consistency, not noise.
I’m sitting around Rank 71 on the 1M board right now, and my eyes are on Top 50 or 60 next.
And honestly, most people think posting a lot will push them up —
but the leaderboard doesn’t reward spamming, it rewards presence.
Here’s what actually works for me:
➥ Keep your words simple and natural.
Write the way you’d talk to someone face-to-face. Clean words always land better.
➥ Don’t push posts just to fill the feed.
One honest thought can beat a whole list of empty updates.
Quality always outlives noise.
➥ When Zama drops something, react early.
Those first few minutes bring the highest attention and reach.
➥ Post because it matters to you, not because the feed looks slow.
Intent shows. People can feel it.
➥ Be real in replies.
Thoughtful replies reach further, connect deeper —
and definitely do more than spamming “gZama” everywhere.
➥ Build a soft daily rhythm.
A couple of solid posts + a few meaningful replies across the day
is enough to keep your rank steady.
➥ Use simple visuals if needed.
Even a clean screenshot or small graphic boosts how your post travels.
No heavy design required.
➥ Show up early when a conversation starts.
Timing is real leverage — early waves carry you further.
➥ Teach in your own voice.
When people learn from you, they return.
That’s how identity forms.
➥ Keep improving quietly.
Notice what hits, remove what doesn’t, adjust a little every day.
The ones who evolve never fall off — they climb.

HOW TO REALLY BOOST YOUR MINDSHARE IN THE ZAMA CREATOR PROGRAM :
So, what does Mindshare LB actually measure? 📏
It’s not just about followers or impressions. Mindshare LB is a weighted score that measures how much attention and impact you create compared to others. The score depends on:
1️⃣ Post Frequency
2️⃣ Post Quality
3️⃣ Community Reaction
4️⃣ Influence Spread
5️⃣ Time Sensitivity
6️⃣ Verified Zama Tags
Let’s break these down in a simple way so you know exactly how to grow your mindshare in the Zama Creator Program.
➥ Post Frequency
Post consistently, but don’t spam. 1–2 high-quality posts per day usually give the best score. Posting too much dilutes the impact of each post.
📝 Example:
•1/2 high-quality posts = full points
•10 random posts = very low points per post
➥ Post Quality:-
High-quality posts always get more points. Focus on content that adds value clear explanations, visuals, unique ideas, or anything that helps people understand Zama.
📝 Example:
•A visual explaining how FHE protects on-chain data = high mindshare
•Copied text or a meme = very low mindshare
➥ Community Reaction :-
Engagement is the strongest factor. Comments weigh the most, then quote tweets, likes, and views.
📝 Example:
•10 comments = more impact than 100 likes
➥ Influence Spread :-
Mindshare grows when your content reaches new people—new users, Zama devs, or bigger accounts outside your usual followers. LB rewards audience expansion, not just follower count.
📝 Example:
•A retweet from a big account reaching new users = major mindshare boost
•Post seen only by your followers = smaller boost
➥ Time Sensitivity :-
Older posts lose value every 24 hours. Mindshare mainly depends on activity from the last 48 hours. That’s why ranks can drop or rise quickly with just a few strong posts.
📝 Example:
•No posts for a day → rank may drop
•1-2 high-quality posts → climb back up fast
➥ Verified Zama Tags:-
Posts that clearly mention Zama terms like Zama, FHE, FHEVM, Zama Creator Program, roadmap topics, or zama_fhe get more weight.
📝 Example:
•“How FHEVM protects on-chain data using Zama’s tech” → high points
•Random crypto meme → low points
The bottom line:
You still have 18+ days to improve. Post quality Zama content daily, get real engagement, and reach new audiences. Stay consistent and your mindshare will grow naturally, helping you climb the LB leaderboard.

gZama CT and @zama fam:-
What really sets @zama apart is that they’re not just trying to “hide” data. They’re removing the need to trust anyone in the first place when it comes to AI inference.
With Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), user data stays private the entire time. It’s not exposed when it’s sent, not while it’s being processed, and not even when the model is running inference.
Here’s why this actually matters on a technical level:
🔹 Data gets encrypted on the user’s side before it ever reaches a server
🔹 FHE makes it possible for ML models to work directly on encrypted data using Zama’s Concrete ML tools
🔹 The server runs the model but has no idea what the inputs or outputs are
🔹 Only the user can decrypt the final result and see it
From how the system is designed, this changes the whole dynamic. The model provider delivers the intelligence, not access. The infrastructure gives you compute power, not visibility into data.
That’s a huge step forward for using AI in real products.
In areas like healthcare, fintech, identity, or any environment with strict compliance needs, AI usually forces a tough choice between usefulness and privacy. Zama removes that choice altogether.
Rules like GDPR, HIPAA, and financial data regulations aren’t something you have to worry about later — the system is built in a way that naturally respects them.
What Zama is building feels less like a single AI feature and more like the kind of core infrastructure we’ll rely on over the next decade, where privacy isn’t promised by policy, but guaranteed by cryptography.

Plan for today:
– Yap @zama
– Push leaderboard
– Learn something new
– Share Day 12
Day 12 topic:
Public vs user decryption — and how users get results back without exposing any secret keys.
Quick question first 👇
Blockchains are transparent by default. So does that mean users must expose their balances, trades, and strategies just to use DeFi or Web3 apps? Can real privacy even exist on-chain?
This is a real problem in Web3.
Transparency built trust, but it also made everything visible:
wallet balances, DeFi positions, trading logic, DAO votes — all public.
That’s fine for experiments, not for mass adoption.
This is where @zama matters.
Zama uses Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE).
Simple idea: data stays encrypted the whole time — even while it’s being processed.
Normally, systems must decrypt data to use it.
With zama, computation happens on encrypted data, results are correct, and sensitive info is never revealed.
Only the right user can decrypt the final result.
Secret keys are never exposed.
Privacy is preserved end to end.
What this enables:
– DeFi with private balances and trades
– Hidden strategies on-chain
– DAO voting with secret votes but public results
– Identity checks without leaking personal data
– Games with hidden stats and fair logic
This isn’t just theory.
Zama is already shipping tooling, testnets, and real integrations.
Privacy becomes something developers can actually use, not just talk about.
Big picture:
Transparency helped Web3 grow.
Privacy is what will let it scale.
Zama isn’t hiding data.
Zama is changing how data is used on-chain.
Simple takeaway:
On-chain privacy should be normal — not optional.
That’s what zama is building.

gZama All Community :
HTTPZ is a concept introduced by @zama that represents the next stage of internet encryption.
It goes beyond HTTPS by keeping data encrypted at every moment, even while it is being processed
This is possible through Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), which allows computations to happen directly on encrypted data without ever decrypting it.
How it evolves:
- HTTP: no encryption, data is exposed.
- HTTPS: data is encrypted in transit but must be decrypted on servers.
- HTTPZ: data stays encrypted end to end, including during computation.
How $ZAMA uses it today:
- Zama’s current architecture still uses standard HTTP for certain components
- The FHEVM Relayer SDK uses HTTP calls to interact with the Gateway chain.
- An external HTTP service manages access control and TLS for the decryptions database.

Lately I’ve been trying to understand what @zama actually does.
At first it looked like “just another crypto privacy thing,” but after a few days of reading, I realised it’s something different.
Right now, most blockchains work in a way where everything is open.
Anyone can see your balance, your transactions, even the logic behind what you’re doing.
We use it every day, but it doesn’t actually make sense for real life.
@zama idea is simple:-
you should be able to use blockchain without showing your whole life to the world.
They use something that lets the chain work on encrypted data.
Meaning, your data stays locked — but smart contracts can still run their logic.
You don’t have to trust anybody, and nothing leaks.
It’s not hype, not noise.
It just solves a problem that’s been around since the beginning of crypto:
how do you keep things private while staying on-chain?
With @zama , things like this become possible:
•private transactions
•private lending
•private strategies
•on-chain apps that don’t expose your info
Basically, the same blockchain we know — but without the “everything is public” problem.
What I like is that the team isn’t trying to be flashy.
They’re building something slow, careful, and useful.
If crypto ever becomes part of normal life, this kind of privacy will be needed anyway.
Feels like one of those projects people don’t fully understand now,
but later they’ll say,
“yeah, this was obvious.”
