@jenteach13 Wish I was kidding. I just told them they make it very difficult for me to hold my kid accountable when he knows he can turn stuff in whenever and still get credit. Not real life at all.
@Richard_Breen@TheOfficialBCM Yesterday we were at a 14u game with my son and there was a travel coach pitch game beside us. Kids couldn’t have been more than 5-6 years old. Coaches yelling at them to get their heads in the game and stop playing around 🙄I mean, they are in Kindergarten…what do you expect?
@CoachSwit In our area kids get cut in middle school and quit. We’ve got 6th graders making the team over 7-8th graders who have been trying for 2-3 years, so by the time they get to high school they are done trying. I’m not saying it’s right/wrong-just how it is.
@NoahKahan Literally said to my husband when I woke up….”and this is why we can’t have nice things!”
I don’t give a shit if you play Mary Had a Little Lamb in Pittsburgh, my ass is jammin out regardless!!!!
Imagine being @NoahKahan and being so pumped after N1 and then jumping on here reading how disappointed people are with the setlist 😢I get it, everyone has favorites but damn. Let this man share his music with the world-go stream what you didn’t hear live. Ungrateful wenches!
@NoahKahan Damn. I was feeling good about my 3 glasses and reading Twitter rather than watching TikTok🤦🏻♀️see you in Pittsburgh!!! Can’t fuckin’ wait!
@_JohnRlive Absolutely! My oldest son pitched through high school, youngest son is just now going into 9th and does the same. It flies, enjoy every second!
@RealAbs1776 2/2 that broke off and fluid was building up around my heart with decreased heart, kidney and liver function. I didn’t really feel “sick” until that third day-and I almost just went back to bed and tried to sleep it off. Stuff can happen fast.
@RealAbs1776 In Feb I went to the ER 3 times in 4 days. I didn’t feel sick really, just off. First time, everything was normal. Second time diagnosed with walking pneumonia and given 3 antibiotics. Third time, less than 24 hours later, I had a septic emboli 1/2
@DrChaeEd 2/2 everyone and it would never fly. I point blank told them “you are making my job of trying to teach accountability difficult when you let him turn it in for credit multiple days late.” Evidently the path of least resistance is the standard. Sad.
@DrChaeEd We gotta get public schools to start holding students and parents just as accountable as teachers and administrators. I say in an IEP meeting two years ago where an administrator said they couldn’t give zeros to my son for late work because then they would have to do that for 1/2
@AdamRackis I feel this in my soul 🤪my youngest just turned 15 and I’m like “dude, I’m tired….your sister and brother wore me out. Don’t add to the population, don’t subtract from the population, don’t get arrested, and don’t be an asshole.”

@james_xond My late husband used to say “Suck it up buttercup!” and while that seems simple….I hear him saying it when I start to feel overwhelmed. Feelings are not reality. You have to remind yourself to focus on the hour, day, week ahead…not a month from now, six months, etc.
