I welcome the judgement of the Supreme Court today that the Governor of Tamil Nadu was wrong in withholding assent to Bills passed -- and re-affirmed - - by the TN State legislature

The Constitutional position was always clear, and many jurists had explained the position several times. Yet the Governor withheld assent to many Bills

Only upon achieving that, should the conversation of the 3rd language( Hindi or any other language should be considered)

1- 1st language : Mother Tongue.

2- 2nd Language: English- Market Demand Language(State/National/Global Jobs & Business)

If as a 3rd language, it should reflect the student’s personal interest—passion, leisure, or a specific skill.NEVER a state rule
