I have written to Hon’ble Tamil Nadu CM Shri @mkstalin expressing Karnataka’s strong support for a renewed national conversation on Union–State relations.

Federalism is not a political demand - it is part of the basic structure of our Constitution. Over the years, increasing centralisation in fiscal and legislative matters has disturbed the delicate balance envisioned by our Constitution makers.

States must have the authority and fiscal space to fulfil the responsibilities entrusted to them. India’s strength lies in cooperative federalism, constitutional trust, and respect for diversity.

I will urge the Union Government to provide an institutional platform - such as a revitalised Inter-State Council - for all States to deliberate and restore balance in our federal structure.

Karnataka stands ready to engage constructively in strengthening India’s democratic and federal framework.

உருட்டு நம்பர் 1: “பசு மாடு உட்கொள்ளும் உணவில் உள்ள நச்சு பொருட்களை எல்லாம் தன் தசையில் ஏற்றிக்கொண்டு, சானம் நச்சுத்தன்மை அற்று வெளியே வருகிறது”

உண்மை :

மாட்டுச் சானத்தில் E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, மற்றும் Clostridium பொதுவாக காணப்படும் நுண்ணுயிர்கள், இது மட்டுமன்றி உடல்நலத்துக்கு கேடு விளைவிக்கும் வேறு பல நுண்ணுயிர்களும் உள்ளன.

உண்ணும் உணவில் உள்ள நச்சுப்பொருட்கள் எல்லாம் மாட்டின் தசையில் சென்றுசேர்கிறது கழிவுகளில் அவை வருவதில்லை என்பது முற்றிலும் பொய்யான தகவல். இதற்கு அறிவியல்ரீதியாக எந்தச் சான்றும் இல்லை.

உருட்டு நம்பர் 2 : மாட்டு சாணம் மற்ற விலங்குகளின் சாணம் போல துர்நாற்றம் வீசுவதில்லை. மாட்டு சானம் அதனால் தான் வீட்டு தரை பராமரிப்பு மற்றும் எரிபொருளாக கூட பயன்படுகிறது.

உண்மை:

பொதுவாக வீடுகளில் கரவை மாடுகள் பால் உற்பதிக்கு வளர்க்கப்படுகின்றன, எனவே அதற்கு கொடுக்கபடும் உணவின் காரணமாக மற்ற கால்நடைகளின் கழிவுகளின் வாசனைக்கும் இதற்கும் சில வேறுபாடுகள் இருக்கின்றன. மற்றபடி ஆடு, எருமை மற்றும் மாடுகளுக்கு ஒரே மாதிரியான செரிமான அமைப்பு தான் இருக்கின்றது. கொடுக்கபடும் உணவு, மேய்ச்சல் மற்றும் வளர்ப்பு முறை ஆகியவற்றில் உள்ள வேறுபாடுகள் அதன் கழிவுகள் உள்ள வேறுபாடுகளுக்கு காரணம்.

சில ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் வெளிவந்த இந்த ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரை மாட்டு சானத்தால் ஏற்படும் பா��ிப்புகளை தெளிவாக விவரிக்கின்றது. ��லர்ந்த மாட்டுச் சானத்தை எரிபொருளாக பயன்படுத்துவதால் வெளிவரும் புகையை சுவாசிப்பதாலும் சில உபாதைகள் வருவதாகவும் குறிப்பிடுகின்றது.
