@XboxSupport Downloaded Borderlands the handsome collection as its free with gold and Im unable to launch or even start it, whats the cause of this happening?

I think the reason for this is because borderlands the handsome collection just became free with gold and it’s on all platforms so it could be causing issues with the servers or something like that.
