The world shall be aware and recorded in the history of war as “The most dangerous hand shake”

Thailand violated the ceasefire by arresting 20 Cambodian soldiers (killed one and 19 others still unknown whether they are alive) under the pretext of asking to shake hands and take a picture with them. Thailand’s actions violated the KL ceasefire and the international law, the 1949 Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War. Cambodia must gather evidence to convict Thailand of war crime. On 29th July 2025, they had announced that they would release our soldiers back to Cambodia after their lie was and exposed and international media reported. Today, 31st July 2025, they still break their promise to release our militaries back to Cambodia.

This is an MK-84 bomb, weighing nearly 1 ton (1,000 kg), approximately 3.5 meters long, containing over 500 kg of explosives, recently dropped by the Thai Air Force on Cambodia.

Mr. Heng Ratana, Director of CMAC, confirmed on July 30 that the MK-84 is the largest bomb among the MK series (MK-81, MK-82, MK-83, and MK-84). This type of MK-84 bomb was rarely used during the past War.

Unfortunately, 2 of the soldiers may been killed along the way.

Thailand has violated the ceasefire agreement by arresting 20 Cambodian soldiers (and shooting two others whose conditions remain unknown—whether dead or alive) under the pretense of inviting them to shake hands and take group photos. Thailand’s actions constitute a breach of the Kuala Lumpur ceasefire agreement and are in violation of international law, specifically the 1949 Geneva Conventions concerning the treatment of prisoners of war (POWs).
