Diagnostic centres call it "marketing expense." Doctors call it "referral commission." All gets added to Patient's hospital bill.

A silent transaction that isn't about your treatment. It's about who referred you.

अगर IAS-IPS की salary कम लगती है और अपनी capability पर इतना ही भरोसा है, तो private sector या startup में उतरकर market से अपनी “असल कीमत” क्यों नहीं तय करवा लेते?

सरकारी salary, perks, बंगला, गाड़ी, staff और job security लेते हुए private-sector वाली salary भी चाहिए, लेकिन private-sector जैसी measurable productivity, performance pressure , job insecurity और accountability की बात आते ही “public service” याद आ जाती है।

आज कोई सस्ता वाला फूँके हैं क्या, सर? वीडियो बनाने से पहले, ऐसा ही लग रहा है… 😭

इनकी performance, efficiency, crime control और administration का हाल देखकर तो उल्टा यही सवाल बनता है-

जितनी salary और perks मिल रही हैं, कहीं वही ज़्यादा तो नहीं?

आख़िर पैसा taxpayers का है, कोई मुफ़्त की रेवड़ी नहीं। 🤡

Nutrition? Somewhere in the guidelines.
Dignity? Apparently not on the menu.
But don’t call it pathetic.

बिहार की राजनीति में आज सिर्फ़ एक जीत नहीं हुई- एक नई संभावना ने दस्तक दी है। 🔥

बांकीपुर, लंबे समय से भाजपा का गढ़।
वहाँ प्रशांत किशोर और जन सुराज की जीत महज़ एक चुनावी नतीजा नहीं है।
यह उस राजनीति के लिए अवसर है जहाँ शिक्षा, रोजगार, पलायन और सुशासन सिर्फ़ नारे नहीं, असल एजेंडा बनें।

एक सीट से सरकार नहीं बदलती।
लेकिन हवा का रुख़ ज़रूर बदल सकता है—और वही आगे की दिशा तय करता है।

बड़े बदलाव शोर से नहीं, छोटे मगर निर्णायक संकेतों से शुरू होते हैं।
बिहार के लिए वह संकेत आज मिला है।

नए अध्याय की पहली पंक्ति लिख दी गई है।
बाकी कहानी अब मैदान तय करेगा।

नीतीश कुमार को हटाना भी बिहार के बदलते राजनीतिक रुख़ की एक बड़ी वजह हो सकती है।
