As long as those 2 metrics hold, #BTC could still see some upside.

If ALT/BTC pairs break, it could mean the party is over for a few months (as it did last cycle)

The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled in favor of Coinbase, confirming that secondary sales of crypto on its platform do not violate the Securities Exchange Act.

MEANING: Crypto tokens traded on Coinbase do not constitute as 'trading securities'!

Note: This is not the SEC lawsuit but a separate case.
