Combined drills with pumps and ladders for the team last night. Always good to get out on these sunny evenings.

Tonight we had a pump from open water drill. Setting up in an awkward location for practice then using various branch techniques to extinguish our 'fire'.

Ethan participated in the first ever FireSkills course in Skye as a pupil at @PortreeHigh and went on to join his local on-call fire station!

A little extra information about our newest recruit. About a month after he was born I headed off to do my week long basic fireskills course at Invergordon. Now 18 years later I'm so proud to have my son join me when the call comes in.
