@aravindkumar We call it Kasarakaya in Telugu. At home, it’s seasonal and were treated to it only couple of times a year. It’s very diff kind of bitter compared to pavakkai. Found it once (at Pazhamudircholai) in Chennai. Never got lucky again!

1/ Hello, I have a story I've been working on for a long time—long before there was a pandemic, if you can believe it. It’s about the past and future of our children’s DNA.

Excellent insight into Hyderabad floods-the making. As we brace the cyclone in Chennai, a not so gentle reminder about what potentially is in store for all urban areas of uncontrolled growth!

@jamesramya Heat half a cup of oil in a pan.
Once medium hot, add the ground paste and roast it well for about 8-10 minutes in medium heat.
It should turn into a nice glistening paste.
Switch off the flame, add rest of the oil.
After cooling, store it in a non-reactive container.
