@BBCLondonNews What a joke! They have left vulnerable people in Chigwell without water for 2 days! Their emergency customer support is shocking too, they couldn’t give me an update, transfer me to a supervisor or offer a solution. Very poor!

@thameswater Absolutely shocking! We’ve been left without water for 2 days! We’ve received emails stating that your engineers are working around the clock to restore our water supply.
Yet today at 3pm, there was no one working on site. We were told that all personnel had gone!
