@QuantPunch Trump deserves more credit.
I assume everything he says is BS (strategic BS), you need to wait at least one month before trying to asses the situation.

I'm sympathetic to both Lonsdale's reaction and the counter-reaction.
What Lonsdale doesn't appreciate is that white men are discriminated against frequently, with no ability to respond like this. When White men see Jews shift between "White" and "Jewish" as it benefits them, they're going to be upset.
What the counter-reaction misses is that Lonsdale is not just doing this for Jews. Lonsdale founded the University of Austin specifically to fight against anti-meritocratic, anti-White racism. Palantir is good towards White men, etc.
Ultimately, I'd say Joe made more of a mistake here. Whites are right to be frustrated by the double-standards in how antisemitism is handled vs anti-Whiteness. Responses like this only exacerbate the problem.
At the same time, people mad at Lonsdale should recognize he's better than plenty of Jews in this area. Lonsdale has spent his resources and influence to fight wokeness and for merit. He deserves more slack than some are giving him.
tl;dr - this fence is a pretty comfortable seat
@B0mbadiI The way the haters frame this is that if you ever dare say anything critical of the Jews, even super mildly, even in private, they will gang up on to ruin your life forever.
I hate to say this, but there's something to this.
And of course that kid is a total moron.
1. You haven't seen the deal.
2. I'm old enough to remember when Trump did a tour of the ME in early 2025, and snubbed Israel only to surprise everyone with a joint strike on Iran's nuclear facilities in June.
Maybe let's take a beat on this one.

@YIlan90@FrenklyOfficer@QuantPunch I don't see how Israel could have done any better without US involvement and support; this is beyond our paygrade.
It's hard for me to imagine an agreement that would tip the balance in Iran's favor.
@YIlan90@FrenklyOfficer@QuantPunch I don't think shitting on America is the smart move here. After all said and done, the US involvement was a net positive to Israel.
It obviously benefited Israel far more than America. Denying this is retarded and whining about the outcome is annoying. Vance has little to do with it as well, he’s just been cultivated as a suitable scapegoat by the admin.
I’d prefer to see Iran erased but again that’s not a priority for Americans, definitely not at this time.
