@airfrance Arrived on July 5 in Tel Aviv. today is July 15.I received word that my luggage made it to Tel Aviv airport and it would be delivered “as soon as possible”. However with no way to contact anyone to kindly request that the bag just stay at the airport. I leave 7-17!
@airfrance Lost bag on my way into Tel Aviv. It's been 9 days, no word. Laufer is the company that handles this stuff, apparently, but access to learning about process and especially making a claim is severely limited. Would love to hear from @AirFranceKLM with more information
