@adidasUK So another wasted 30mins with you guys. Basically putting all the onus on me to rectify this issue. You really shouldn’t be open as a company if you can take peoples money but NOT REFUND when YOU guys have messed up twice! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

It’s safe to say she don’t want to shop with adidas anymore. And regardless of situation I do feel this service has been really poor

@adidasUK I fully get in these times mistakes will be made, and services may suffer,but my wife has tried numerous times now,had different answers each time.
The shirt was a gift to celebrate our baby son arrival in these difficult times and it’s turned into a nightmare.

@adidasUK Emails been sent with pictures, and calls made but now have two shirts both wrong, and £80+ out of pocket. Was told courier would come get shirts nothing, told to go post office BUT wife recovering from pregnancy and we’re both isolating at home and explained this.

@adidasUK Faulty item, personalised AFC shirt with my NEW sons name and a number was wrong (wrong number), second one sent out after having to place a second order, came with Guendouzi name and number.

@greateranglia was told there would be a train an hour to CLACTON from Colchester yet 15:16 and 16:16 both cancelled. It’s a joke that there’s more trains going to Colchester Town from North than there is to clacton

@greateranglia and the reason it’s rubbish is that you were able to allow this train to ADD stopping at Hatfield Peveral. There’s no reason this train shouldn’t be going to the end of the line as planned. Typical poor service for anyone past Colchester

@greateranglia once again showing it does not care about the service after Colchester. On the 3:18 to Clacton which has been delayed (not their fault granted) but now told the train will terminate at colchester to get trains back on time. Rubbish

@FitNotesApp hi there, literally just started using your app and I have to say it’s great. One thing I’d like tho is to be able to copy a day in a routine so I can re-use it as another day within the routine but then simply change pre defined sets etc 👍🏻💪🏻

@greateranglia what’s the point of doing stuff online when you then need to get a refund at the ticket office but CAN’T because they have no record of your season ticket. I’ve now got to waste my time calling customer services to get my details updated
