@LoveWilko really disappointed with the customer service received today... we ordered 9 pots online, and all arrived smashed. Went in store to get a refund (after being on hold for almost 2 hours!) to be told they can’t refund in store and we have to phone AGAIN 🤷🏼‍♀️😞
