The only time Val actually put in effort to care was during and after my shift! Even though she had insisted prior that I needed to work, which I showed and 2 hours of working and pain. Everything hurt, my pain meds were worn off, I was in pain for those whole two hours.

So another thing, a lot of the moderators at #animalhospital are highly scared to defend themselves with the moderators behavior. And I explained that to Val, no response of course.

These opinions deserve to be heard, they shouldn’t live in fear.

With some fucking respect. I’m not even kidding, it’s a toxic environment, I consistently said yes to everything they told me to do, “yes Val, I can do that, Val.”

Fun fact while I was hospitalized they made me work instead of resting and told me to work right after anesthetia!

Give me the time of day, I dedicated everything to that team despite not being treated respectfully there. We were silenced every time we had an opinion! Everytime we tried to ask about what the fuck was happening??? There are so many people on that team that needed to be treated
