@LAPDWestLA unhoused person inadvertently triggered my daughter’s gas earthquake valve and shut off her gas. He’s camped in alley behind her house. Unsafe & unsanitary. She and her husband and their neighbors need city or LAPD response. But can’t get through to any city services.

@Nationwide purchased Nationwide travel insurance. Submitted claim. Only response: “sorry for delay in processing”. On hold for hours w/customer service, no response to emails. My advice: don’t waste your money. Find another provider

@Keurig 2 of 2: Brewer purchased 7/29/20. Worked perfectly until last week. Clearly defective brewer. Will Keurig replace or fix?

@Keurig Problems: 1) Brewer stopped foaming milk 2) contacted customer service 3) took several calls and a tweet, got callback 3) received new whisk 4) didn’t fix the problem 5) called CS, no call back. Clearly Brewer is faulty. Next steps?
