@SamsungIndia @Samsung My Galaxy S24 still shows “Camera Failed” after multiple service visits. Samsung replaced the main camera (~₹4,000), but the issue continues. I’m exhausted with this. Fix it or I’ll approach the Consumer Commission. #SamsungS24

@SamsungIndia The camera is working fine for now after I manually forced it to initialize. The issue started right after a software upgrade, pointing to a glitch in how the system wakes up the lenses. I'll monitor it, but please pass this bug to your software team!

My Galaxy S24 is stuck with a "Camera Failed / Unable to open camera service" error on REAR2 HDR AUTO. I’ve tried every solution from cache clears to a full factory reset. Bypassing via 3x Portrait briefly works, but it keeps failing. Please help

[Rakesh 🇮🇳💙👨🏻‍💻 @Racase007]

@SamsungIndia I I’ve already been to TWO Samsung centers. Both times they just did a factory reset & software flash, but the issue returns immediately. This is a physical hardware fault on the REAR2 module, not software.
