In less than 5 years, the RACC-trial reached the preplanned study population of 768 women a few days ago. The commitment from all 29 participating sites has been extraordinary - look forward to the next steps in RACC!
@AndreasObermair Indeed, if non-inferiority regarding oncologic outcomes can be demonstrated, secondary endpoints should preferably favour the experimental arm.
Earlier today, the 8th European country joined the RACC-trial when Denmark and Arhus UH with PI Pernille Jensen randomised their first patient! Well done and welcome to the trial!
The RACC-trial reaches 50%! The 384th and 385th patients were randomised earlier today and we now have less than half remaining. With current accrual, we should be able to close late 2023. Fabulous work by all participating centres!
An important milestone was reached today as the 300th patient was enrolled in the RACC-trial! Amazing work by all participating sites! Next goal is 50%, should be reached within 4-5 months
