Seen a lot of negative stories today about ppl marking up KB merch etc. So here’s a positive one, I took my 4 y.o. to CMS tonight to attempt to see some action on track. Despite the rain he had a blast. A nice vendor in the lot gave him a KB hero card for free, made his night.

Not that the on track product was their fault but the broadcast yesterday was really lacking excitement. If I was a new fan tuning into the All Star race I may have turned away pretty quickly. It was missing emotion, didn’t feel like a big event at all.

On Wednesday, Friendship Motor Speedway in Elkin, N.C. will open their 2026 season with the first of four-straight nights of racing.
