I just finished an interview with Brad from Across Nigeria… and honestly, I’m sitting here stunned.
Today, he buried 14 Christians in a mass grave.
Two were infants.
One was a 4-year-old child.
And this isnt some recycled internet story or political talking point. Brad was literally there today helping bury them. While on the way to investigate one attack, another Christian community was attacked. He said the violence is happening so fast they can barely keep up anymore.
What shocked me even more is this:
Brad shared that 72% of all Christians killed worldwide last year were killed in this region of Nigeria.
72%.
And hardly anybody is talking about it.
The mainstream media should be all over this. Instead, most people scrolling social media today have no idea our brothers and sisters in Christ are being slaughtered while churches are being forced underground.
Guys… this matters.
Please watch this interview.
Please pray for these families.
And PLEASE share this everywhere you can.
At this point, WE are the media.
WE are how people find out.
WE are the distribution network.
If enough ordinary people start sharing the truth, eventually the world will have to pay attention.
Watch the full conversation and help us get this story out.
@RevivedThoughts I was overseas for the summer when it happened. I got back and the church was split. Also, that asst pastor was my college pastor and the main guy I met with leading up to that summer mssn trip.
@RevivedThoughts Here, yes. I wasn't actually there in Lincoln, and it was quite controversial (it had been revealed that an associate pastor/son of the main pastor had mult affairs; they excommunicated his wife, on the charge of not forgiving him).
@RevivedThoughts One of my greatest prizes at a library sale was '50 Battles of the Ancient World.' Maps and everything. And it's only one of a series.
@RevivedThoughts I'm a little surprised no one said the American War for Independence. Not surprised no one said the 7-years War/French and Indian War that set the stage for it.
Also notably absent: Iraq/Afghanistan.
@ShinarSquirrel Of those fantasy authors you consider better, how many wrote prior to Lewis, and how many of their books would not have existed without Lewis?
Hey @DallasJenkinsTC , for your upcoming Joseph series, what if Joseph met Asenath while in Potiphar's service? It would make the attempted-seduction by Potiphar's wife all the more awful if Joseph has a love interest in addition to wanting to honor his master.
@nakedpastor Whoa you actually drew that? This is terrifying. Not the cartoon, but that you thought it was a good idea to draw your own new idea of the Lamb and the Eternal God.
