@The_JamesJordan Every single time. I got some protective spray (Earol SWIM puts a film over the ear) or swimming ear plugs. Then I always take drops as well. Sometimes I use those a bit before I go as well.

I think there is a mass of people who have paid their home insurance premiums with significant claims outstanding. & an industry being able to do what they want at whatever speed
@MartinSLewis@bbc5live Is this industry actually regulated? Seems they can price as they wish. & we are 12months into a home ins claim that should have taken max 5months with no sign of an end. Customer service & claim handling is terrible. & no one to turn to when they chose to just ignore us.
@MartinSLewis We are having a nightmare with our home insurance with @rsagroup . Flooded in Dec 2022 and no sign of it getting fixed, appalling service with no replies. It angers me even more that this is allowed to happen & also that they can now hike their prices. 😡
So here we are @AskNationwide@rsagroup 8.5 months after the house flood and still our home is not restored. A scope of work that only accounts for max 75% of the damage and will not budge on their limit of liability! Of course one of our rooms shouldn’t be plastered - idiots

@AskNationwide@rsagroup No @AskNationwide I can’t. This was your response last time. And I was told to submit a complaint which was referred to @rsagroup back in late March. 8 wks later to be told they were too busy to look into it. You will find someone senior to give me a ring to discuss
In your defence @rsagroup@AskNationwide I can see why you don’t want to plaster this room. The brick / hacked off plaster look is an interior design masterpiece we definitely should be keeping. #insurancescum
Worst part is @rsagroup not being bothered to reply to our emails & actually come to the property to right the situation. & @nationwide all the while this is going on it is affecting your brand from their incompetence. Any lawyers out there with expertise in this? #insurancescum

Hey @AskNationwide you sold us an insurance with @rsagroup & they definitely don’t align with your brand values. 4 months after escaped water completely damaged 4 rooms - we have still not had driers in. Our home is getting more damaged and mouldy as each week / month passes.
@SkyNews@Channel4News@BBCBreakfast we can’t be the only family that has been completely let down by insurance companies recently. Definitely a story here as they leave families for months in damaged homes with no resolution. We have been 4 months and I doubt we are the worst
