@Kphardeman @British_Airways I'm finding it very difficult to get hold of them aswell and am still waiting for a transcript of a call which I requested weeks ago. If you've been sent a deadlock email from them then you can take your case to CEDR

Worst customer service from #britishairways . Will try to find any excuse to avoid paying compensation for a cancelled flight even after having assurances on the phone that I would be compensated. As a result I am out of pocket £800 #avoidba

@British_Airways you cancelled the flight about 10 hours before departure and didn't rebook me onto another flight. You said I could book with an alternate airline and I would be compensated.Other airlines were able to get their crew to the airport.I've lost £800! @MartinSLewis
