Go and GROW¡
Oh, what an afternoon. Oh, what a celebration!
Our MCs (@BrianKiira and @jjuko) kicked things off by asking the GROW¡ 5 cohort to share a whimsical moment from their journey.
What followed was a flood of memories.
Story after story poured out- some hilarious, some moving, all precious. Laughter filled the room. So did gratitude.
It was beautiful to witness the impact of a year-long journey of leadership transformation.
They spoke about seeing themselves more clearly through their psychometric assessments. About understanding emotional intelligence and learning how to short-circuit an amygdala hijack. About growing people, managing money, and discovering what it means to be a “brand on the shelf.” About moving beyond success to significance. About daring to put their dreams on a vision board and then taking steps toward them.
Each memory was a reminder that growth rarely happens all at once. It happens moment by moment, lesson by lesson, conversation by conversation.
We are honored to have walked this journey alongside them in partnership with @Imprint_uganda, @icf_uganda and ITMA, which certifies the program.
Many thanks also to our chief guests,
@RachelDumba and Samuel Fredrick Mwogeza, whose wisdom and encouragement challenged and inspired us.
We left feeling uplifted, energized, and hopeful about the future these leaders are helping to shape.
Congratulations, GROW¡ 5.
You did it.
We are proud of you. We celebrate you. We wish you well.
Now go and (continue to) GROW¡

Tonight, I host Hon @NorbertMao, Minister of Justice & Constitutional Affairs, for a conversation about the state of justice in our country.
We’ll talk about what works and what doesn’t.
About judges working alone in overloaded circuits.
About lawyers striking not out of defiance, but despair.
About broken systems, delayed enrollment, backlogged courts, and the urgent reforms we must embrace.
Please join us.
