@manairport can you tell us why there is such a queue to exit the T2 west multi-storey carpark. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes without moving.
The proudest moment of my professional life. To win #teamscirnce@AACR 2024 is beyond amazing. I cannot thank @ProfEmmaCrosbie, Prof Evan’s and the team everything. So proud to have impacted the care of #lynchsyndrome carriers. We do it for the patients. @FBMH_UoM@EdinUni_CRH
@TheLancet Delighted to have been part of the Lancet Commission on #ProstateCancer. Important it considered the challenge of making effective medicines affordable: “High drug costs are a major driving factor for disparities in prostate cancer outcomes”
Heading to #RPSConf23?! Don’t forget to stay for the grand finalé - a live performance from the top pharmacy boy band that is The Aural Apothecary! Joined on stage by two fantastic guests.

So you’re “bewildered & appalled” are you, @BorisJohnson?
Let me tell you what appals me.
Your parties.
Your quiz nights.
Your brazen lies.
Your champagne.
You cavorted & boozed.
While we watched patients in their 1000s - some of them our colleagues - die.
You make me sick.
Tonight, I’ve come close to tears whilst apologising to patients for the standards of care we are able to provide.
In my 22 years of being an A&E Dr, I’ve never seen things so bad. It’s the same everywhere.
I just hope patients know fault lies with politicians not NHS staff.
Someone’s happy to be retiring 🤣 Here are some of us celebrating Steve Birch’s final academic visit to Manchester. Thank you those sending messages, Steve loved them 😂🥰 (any other messages post here and I’ll send them his way). Congrats on your retirement Steve 👍
