We moved shreyas to Connecticut yesterday’s or his full time position at Taft! Very bitter sweet. Mostly bitter. My cats didn’t realize it when I came in that he wasn’t there, but when I woke up this morning Beethoven was snuggling with Shreyas’s pillow like he knew he was gone💔

I went home this weekend and realized I didn’t take any pictures!!....then I remembered I set it down when I got home Friday and didn’t pick it up until I left on Tuesday afternoon. It’s not for everyone, but I can say it’s a powerful feeling just to be in the moment.

My 80 year old grandfather goes on a new adventure everyday with his camera and notebook. Then he goes home and creates a painting of what he sees. I am so inspired by this man and love to hear about “what I did today”.

I saw a tweet from a girl who is “bigger than her partner” and she mentioned always feeling self conscious. This concept kills me! Even in an intimate relationship women feel as though their body isn’t good enough. Women, please respect yourself and own the skin you are in.

I kind of laugh when people say their cat is like a dog...my cat actually is a dog that plays fetch, steals food off our plates, whimpers when we eat in front of her, and chews chords when she wants attention 🙄😅
