A5 I really really really want to go into administration. That is kind of the goal I have set for myself at this point. I know it can be difficult but I want to be the change and support teachers and do my best to create a great school environment. #ap3040

A4 I am interested in pursuing a masters degree but not for more money. I just believe that it will keep me motivated and keep me from stagnation while I am a teacher. I feel that if I am always pushing myself to learn more I can be a better teacher for it. #ap3040

A3 I am not very surprised with the varying degrees of pay...The counties listed vary between cities and smaller counties which has an effect on the pay received. School districts within larger cities will pay more than the outskirts. Of course this is not set in stone. #ap3040

A2 Hobbies are a great way to reduce stress in life. Reading, scrapbooking and re-finishing furniture are my hobbies and I hope to keep doing them when I have a classroom of my own just to remind myself that there is life outside the classroom as well. #ap3040

A5 I think boundaries are important and that close and fulfilling relationships can still be made without overstepping them. I think teachers and students and families should have an open and clear communication line. But the relationship is always professional. #ap3040
