@British_Airways waiting 12 hours for any customer service Booked business flights to later find out that on some BA planes the seats are not suites but have stools and facing other passenger with no aisle access. Complete lack of transparency.

@AmazonHelp - three hours on the phone, three attempts to return a laptop where the drop off point refuses to accept and three times let down again and again by Amazon. Very frustrating and time consuming- bit still trying to return a damaged laptop.

I have written an article for @thetimes in response to the new draft menopause guidelines from NICE. They are a step backwards for women.

CBT may have a place when taking a holistic approach to managing the perimenopause, but it won’t improve every menopause symptom and won’t treat the underlying hormone deficiency.

Women deserve to have a choice and if they want to take HRT they should be allowed to. It is about time women are heard and their symptoms and future health is taken seriously.
