25 years after the tragedy at Columbine, I am remembering the lives lost, their families, and all the people whose world changed forever that day. I’ll never forget visiting with the community in the days that followed, and I’m still inspired by how they rallied together to begin the healing process—which continues today.
After all these years, I wish I could say that Columbine was the last incident of its kind. But we all know it hasn’t been.
