this is so touching, Rachel McAdams tearing up during her tribute to Diane Keaton at the Oscars
"She wore so many hats...literally and figuratively. But no hat more important to her than being mother to her two children. To our friend, Diane Keaton, celebrating a life in silver and gold, a legend with no end."
Regina George’s perfect blonde hair in Mean Girls (2004) was actually a $10,000 custom wig.
Rachel McAdams kept her natural brunette hair for The Notebook, so a top wigmaker crafted the iconic look.
The line — “Her hair is insured for $10,000” — was inspired by its real price.
#TheFamilyStone sequel is being developed after Diane Keaton's death by original writer-director Thomas Bezucha.
The filmmaker told CNN he had already been thinking about writing a sequel before Keaton's passing in October at the age of 79. Keaton’s character, the Stone family’s matriarch Sybil, dies after a terminal illness at the end of the original film. Keaton's death has further motivated Bezucha to get a sequel made. He wants to “honor [Keaton] even more” in a sequel and “do a good job by the rest of the cast.”
