Found this photo of me and my former boss Greg Abbott from 8 years ago when I was an assistant attorney general.
Hot Wheels was the cruel nickname that staff called him behind his back. Although that’s ableist, he deserves it for being a corporate stooge and a demagogue.
There’s an immigrant taking people’s jobs… his name is Elon Musk. He’s snatching farms, government jobs (even those in which they manage our national security), and definitely those whose jobs are to root out fraud (inspector generals), & those that are keeping us safe (FAA), meals on wheels workers, head start, and the list goes on, so I’ll be the bigger person and admit to MAGA that I was wrong when I said immigrants wouldn’t take our jobs. You were 1000 percent correct.
They receive $0 in taxpayer funds.
Meanwhile, y’all are proposing defunding Veteran’s healthcare, Medicare, and Social Security when you think no one is watching.
Doesn’t get lower than gutting some of the only lifelines left for veterans, seniors, widows, and the disabled.
Ralph Yarl, the 16-year-old Black student who was shot in the head after ringing the wrong doorbell at the home of an 84-year-old white man, is going to therapy and preparing to go back to school as the case against his shooter goes to court next week.
Affirmative action was never a complete answer in the drive towards a more just society. But for generations of students who had been systematically excluded from most of America’s key institutions—it gave us the chance to show we more than deserved a seat at the table.
In the wake of the Supreme Court’s recent decision, it’s time to redouble our efforts.
@justingordon212 My mvp is not on market in a new industry. I found a solution for myself with chronic pain management without the harsh chemicals of big pharma.

BREAKING: Sen. Ted Cruz's nightmare comes to pass as superstar Democratic Rep. Colin Allred of Texas announces that he will run for Cruz's Senate seat in 2024.
Allred has been in Congress for three terms and is a former NFL player, providing a sharp contrast to the fake portrait of masculinity offered up by the deeply pathetic Ted Cruz — a creep so desperate to be seen as a "man" that he once cooked bacon with a machine gun for a campaign video.
“Some people say a Democrat can’t win in Texas,” said Allred. “Well, someone like me was never supposed to get this far.”
Ted Cruz has cultivated a reputation for not caring one lick about the people of Texas and infamously flew to Cancun for a tropical vacation while his constituents were dying and suffering in the dark after a winter storm caused blackouts. Nobody deserves another Senate term less.
Allred is who Texas deserves.
Retweet if you are rooting for Colin Allred!
Have you ever noticed that successful people often fail to acknowledge the role of luck 🍀, timing ⏰, resources 💰, and connections 🤝 in their achievements?
They tend to attribute their success solely to their skill and hard work 💪, when in reality, external factors have played a significant role.
History 📜 and science 🔬 support this view, as they reveal how chance events 🎲, societal advantages 🏛️, and other factors outside of an individual's control can heavily influence outcomes.
