@CostaCoffee why is it every time I go to use a gift card that has been given to me I’m told it’s expired? I even have the receipt & it clearly hasn’t expired! I then spend my time messaging to sort it out! May have to start using Starbucks, might be less embarrassing!

Not my average Tuesday, today was US guided injection to be followed with 2 weeks rest to avoid rupture! This follows 8 months of walker boot (x2), orthotics, physio, ankle brace, nerve & muscle conduction. Resting will be the hardest bit! #tendons #nerves #painful #hopeithelps
