@gripgirl @Loreto_LK We had to use syrup because it’s not in season. You can grow it quite easily in a large terracotta pot and it flowers in spring.

Partnerships, flexible learning spaces and digital literacy engaged students in the new Year 9 Transdisciplinary Learning Unit at @Loreto_LK . Never underestimate the power of young people when ownership, purpose and deep learning is the brief.

[Rachel Noonan @RachelNoonan01]

Students have drawn on foundational skills built in all subjects to exercise agency and collaboration in this new unit of work. I am so pleased to see their demonstration of understanding coming to fruition.

[Loreto Kirribilli @Loreto_LK]

'Learning to love the problem as much as the solution' is the message for our Year 9 students as they deep dive into their interdisciplinary learning project. We welcome special guest lecturers and pre-service Master of Education teachers from University of Notre Dame and UTS.

[Loreto Kirribilli @Loreto_LK]

Only 22% of start ups are founded by women and and 0.7% of funding secured by startups went solely to women, so to all the girls who got up on stage tonight and passionately pitched your ideas in the @future_anything grand final, we see you! #lkstem #stemgirls

[Loreto Kirribilli @Loreto_LK]
