Hi @airfrance can you please tell me why last week my flight ticket was changeable and now it’s not. I tried to change my flight (due to my work schedule and the country I live in changing their quarantine rules) last week but I couldn’t get it to work.. now I can’t. Why?

Just under 2 months ago, I moved to South Korea, to start a new little journey as an English teacher. Best choice I’ve made so far I think 🥰Korea is beautiful, my children are so wonderful, and ive met some absolutely incredible people so far 💕

@airfrance honestly very unsure about what will happen with my luggage. I have been told it will be sent to korea, however I am very anxious about this. I understand some things cannot he helped, but honestly this has not been dealt with very good at all. (4)

@airfrance also, we were given a box by the lady on the desk. Fine. We went to the business class lounge, which is only open until half 10, and to get through, we had to have our stuff scanned, in which the bottle of water given to us by the airport was then taken off us. (3)

@airfrance a voucher for a hotel and a meal. And to ask at the transit desk. The woman on the desk came across very very rude, and told us we will not be getting a hotel, I will have to stay in the airport - which isn’t an issue, but why were we told there would be? (2)

@airfrance business class customer here, who unfortunately won’t be flying with yourselves again. After the 2nd leg of my flight to S.Korea being postponed due to the typhoon, I was contacted by a lovely man called Pierre who told us we would be given (1)
