Day 8 and @united still hasn’t retrieved our bag — even though we provided the exact AirTag location. How is it possible to make zero progress on a confirmed lost-luggage case?

I cannot comprehend the sheer level of incompetence of United Airlines to be unable to find a suitcase when given its exact location.
