@SingaporeAir Apparently because there is more than one flight booked on the same ticket

[Rachel Kate @RachelSouthwick]

@SingaporeAir firstly get told I cannot select seats on my flight as it was booked by a third party, then the party are told they cannot select seats and that we have to wait till we are at the airport. Surely not?

[Rachel Kate @RachelSouthwick]

@SingaporeAir It's an air new Zealand flight operated by Singapore airlines, as such the booking of seats is managed by yourselves. They do not manage the booking of seats on flights operated by another airline

[Rachel Kate @RachelSouthwick]

@SingaporeAir 4

[Rachel Kate @RachelSouthwick]

@SingaporeAir As I have explained, the travel agent is being told that they cannot book the seats which is why I am seeking help

[Rachel Kate @RachelSouthwick]

@SingaporeAir It said I couldn't do this as I didn't book the flight through your website and it was booked by a third party travel company but it won't allow them to book the seats either as there is more than one flight booked on the same ticket

[Rachel Kate @RachelSouthwick]

@SingaporeAir I rang your customer services...

[Rachel Kate @RachelSouthwick]

@ThomasCookCares is anyone actually working on the customer services phone lines today?
