On June 20, 2026, I trusted @Walmart @WalmartHelp with a simple oil change. On June 29, my car displayed a Low Oil Pressure warning. My local mechanic found the oil filter had been installed incorrectly, causing oil to leak out instead of properly lubricating my engine. I was told my engine was close to seizing and I'm now facing a $1,600 repair bill.

I filed a claim with Walmart on June 30 and provided every document requested to Mikel Williams in the Walmart Claims Department on July 2. It's now been over a week with no update, no return call, and no resolution.

I rely on my vehicle every day to earn a living through DoorDash and Uber. While waiting for Walmart to respond, I've lost significant income on top of the repair costs.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. @WalmartHelp and @Walmart, I need someone to contact me immediately, resolve my claim, reimburse the repair costs, and address the income I've lost while my vehicle has been out of service.

I feel I am due compensation for the lost wages I incurred over a very busy summer. I am going on two weeks not being able to DoorDash and Uber. I live in a resort town in Wildwood, NJ and the tremendous money I could have made the past two weeks, especially through the July 4th weekend should not go unnoticed. This is how I make my money and should be compensated for lost wages that is very detrimental to me.

I was diagnosed with MS in 2008 at age 36 and have always been a fan and would have followed you regardless of our shared diagnosis. @ETSInsights How can U get away w/so many issues of not able 2 gain access 4 home test 4 tech issues & the gaul 2 say I pay $475 again? Equip. check run 6 times on a new computer only 4 this test. I demand a hard look & want fixed immediately. Ran the chk again & AGAIN passed.
