@AmazonHelp No, I'm not seeing the credit. And here's a screenshot of the confirmed $10 credit from my convo yesterday, which at this point I'm so frustrated it doesn't even feel justified for almost 30 min of what felt like a customer service robot just saying the same thing over and over.
