You’re not supposed to fight every battle. If you let your emotions rule and you get upset, then you’re doing it in your own strength. There’s no grace for it. But if you’ll start inquiring of the Lord, “God, what do You want me to do? God, I need Your wisdom, Your strength, Your power.” When you show your dependency on God, He knows you’re relying on Him, then He’ll help you fight those battles. He’ll empower you to defeat giants, to break addictions, to overcome what should have stopped you.

A breakthrough is a sudden burst of God’s favor. It’s a flood of His goodness that thrusts you ahead. He has some of these breakthrough moments that you can’t explain, that will catapult you into your destiny.
