@tescomobile @tescomobile and just to add I preordered originally on the 13th at 13:00 as advertised. I was supposed to get my phone on the 20th but then there was a mess up with the amount of stock of the iPhone 16 pro max. Hence the apology in the first place

@tescomobile I’ve just spoken to the upgrade team. I’m really not very happy that you’re not gonna honour your promise when I did what you asked. I’ve been told the message is fraudulent when it’s clearly from you. Terrible customer service after already making a mistake

@tescomobile The upgrade was sorted on the same day but as an apology they said if I quoted ‘Apple 2024’ they would credit my account with £25. I called before 19:00 so I don’t understand why this is being disregarded now. I hardly ever complain but it’s really not good customer service

PBM is deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Paul Bird, the Team Owner of Paul Bird Motorsport.

Paul Bird died earlier today at the age of 56 following a short time in hospital with illness. Paul’s family are requesting privacy during this time
