Former Power5, Tn Flight, and Vanderbilt Standout Rachel Bell just finished her 1st Pro Season with Whittlesea Pacers in Australia’s Big V Women’s League. Rachel’s 26.9ppg (led the league). She was also name player of the month for June and July of 2019
