In my experience, most are hardworking, educated, caring parents who benefited from a state education in a time when behavioural standards were higher

@Matt_Leonard_zw I’ve had strict rules about it since I was an NQT many moons ago. Being an art teacher, the scale is sometimes impractical to transport anyway! Super efficient with PPA, working lunches, one designated later evening a week or fortnight. Only do stuff that improves learning.
