Today @NJACLaw and @Deborah_Project sued the @usdoegov on behalf of the Gevura Fund for failing to enforce its own settlement over antisemitism in Philly public schools.

Wrong. Lots of “isms” are protected—Judaism, Arabism, etc. Title VI asks why you acted (race/color/national origin), not the label you used.
If the “ism” is a proxy for ethnicity/origin, it’s discrimination.
