I’ve had body image issues for most of my life and I can tell you right now that those issues never changed based on how my body actually looked. Changing what your body looks like will never heal your body image issues and it’s never the answer

-vegetables aren’t bad for you, fruit isn’t bad for you, meat isn’t bad for you, dairy isn’t bad for you, eggs aren’t bad for you. Balance is key

-Butter, coconut oil & olive oil > seed oils
-Sunlight is good for you
-working out/daily movement isn’t a “hobby”- it’s a must
Supplementation is a must in the world we live in. Just make sure not to overdo it either, and to focus first on getting all of the nutrients you can from your diet
