@Buseireann hi I just wanted to check is there a 304A bus from castletroy, Limerick at 7am? I saw on the time table (is it new?). I checked real time this morning at 6.50am and it wasn't due for another 30 mins. Thankfully I didn't chance it today.
What the hell, I got sugarsnap, peas from #tescos and one was a chilli and it nearly burnt a hole in my mouth. They are all the same colour. Why on earth was it in same packaging!
Thanks for this. It hit on a lot of good points. Kindness is key to this all. Its important to retain our compassion and empathy for others throughout this social distancing
Darren from our Ambulance Control Centre has published an excellent post on our wellbeing blog about the importance of talking to colleagues and seeking support despite the physical barriers which have been put in place due to social distancing. https://t.co/k6iswqvtYg
Scientists declare that it's human nature to be compassionate. All living beings who experience feelings of pleasure and pain ultimately survive as a result of love and compassion. If we human beings help each other, serve each other, with compassion, we'll be happy.
