@TheGoodGuysAU worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a fridge and was given confirmation for delivery on 22nd, waited in the house until 3pm to call and be told there was a “technical fault” and it wasn’t actually out for delivery. Further to this..

It said it would be dispatched today and receive confirmation by 9am. Now they apparently don’t have the stock of the fridge at all? Our current fridge has broken and we have no food in the house waiting all week for it to arrive and being lied to on the phone!
