@DoubleDiamondDD @MORETHAN Did you get a response? I’ve been trying to contact them since 11am. I’ve currently been on hold for 1 hour 36 mins for the same issue. Unusable toilet, suspected collapsed drain, water now running down kitchen walls - I have a 4 month old baby, it’s not acceptable 😢
